Frank J. Monteleone
Executive Producer and Founder
Frank launched FAF in 2006, just one year after receiving his BFA in Performance Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College . To supplement his acting at the time he provided production and editing services to ESPN, Geffen Records, L'Oreal, Dove Chocolate, Golfsmith and The Global Fund. In 2009, Frank became the SVP of business development at 3DRevolution, securing financing and providing 3D post-production services to Warner Bros and Relativity Media. Now with his focus on project development, Frank is currently executive producing the documentary HOTEL AL, which follows the longest working employee of his New Orleanian family-owned hotel: the Hotel Monteleone and has just completed production on the pilot AVENUES, which he co-created and starred in. Earlier this year his short film LOST FLOWERS premiered at the Rincon Film Festival and won “Director’s Choice” for best short comedy. Next, Frank will be producing the feature film AMERICAN REJECT written by his wife Kathleen Monteleone, comedian Jeffery Self and writer/director Jake Wilson. Frank’s ability to assemble teams, secure financing and collaborate with promising artists has turned his post college editing business into a full-fledged producing house.
Executive Producer. Kathleen is partner of Full Armor Films and alongside Frank has served as co-producer on the documentary HOTEL AL, AVENUES and the comedy series KICK ME, I'M CHRISTIAN . Kathleen is the executive producer of AMERICAN REJECT, a feature film she has co-written with Jeffery Self and Jake Wilson based on her real life experience as a reality show contestant on NBC’s Grease:You're the One That I Want. In 2009, Kathleen and Frank created and produced a celebrity webisode series for the online style page 24Savvy.com. With a passion for development, Kathleen has spearheaded securing and creating new content and getting behind new writers and directors.
Head of Distribution
Accomplished TV distribution executive, media strategist, and content developer, who for over two decades, captained the distribution and revenue growth of numerous television brands, including two separate billion dollar cable network assets: CBS Sports Network and Court TV. Extensive experience interfacing with Boards.
Founded Stay Tuned Ventures LLC in 2014 to focus on the development and distribution of game-changing brands and media assets.
Rose served as Group Vice President at Sesame Street, where he led worldwide licensing efforts including theme park expansion and quarterbacked the launch of Sesame Street General Store. He also spent his early career years at USA Networks and began his career on Madison Avenue in media planning capacities with Benton & Bowles Advertising and Kurtz & Tarlow.
Rose is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
VP of Business Development
Chris has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry with a background in ad sales, distribution and marketing in TV Industry. Chris served as a Vice President for AMC Networks, responsible for distributing content, which houses hit shows like The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad and Madman. Previous to AMC, Chris was a Vice President for BBC America & BBC World. Chris began his career in television as an Account Executive with TCI Communications now owned by Altice. Chris moved into the distribution side of the business as Manager Affiliate Relations, with Court TV (now TruTV) and served as Vice President of Affiliate Relations at Sportsman Channel, now part of Outdoor Sportsman Group.
Chris is currently a head of Snow Investment Company, where he is the founder and principal.
Chris also received several Top Sales executive awards and has served on several industry boards including CTAM Board of Philadelphia, NECTA and the Advisory board of the Atlanta Film Festival.
Chris received his BA from SUNY Brockport and currently enjoys extensive travel but hangs his hat in Indianapolis, IN.
