Frank Monteleone
Boasting 17 years’ experience as a creative producer, Frank Monteleone got his start producing Off-Broadway theatre. In 2005, he founded Full Armor Films, a production company providing production services to clients such as ESPN, Geffen Records, and L'Oréal, and post-production services to Warner Bros. and Relativity Media. Frank has turned Full Armor Films into a growing development house focused on film and television. Most recently he co-created and produced the series AVENUES, which was licensed by Lionsgate and currently streams on Tubi. Other notable projects include the award-winning documentary Hotel Al (PBS) and the feature film American Reject (Pinnacle Peak). Currently, Frank is executive producing the films Barron’s Cove and Fog of War, and is a co-producer on Average Joe (in theaters). Alongside these projects, Frank is spearheading the creation of a multifaceted studio and production facility in the heart of New Orleans. He has partnered with New Media Vision (NBC’s The Mysteries of Laura) on a scripted TV series, and for development.
Executive Producer / Founder
Kathleen Monteleone
With a passion for development, Kathleen has spearheaded securing and creating new content and championing new writers and directors. Kathleen proved herself a triple threat on Full Armor’s first feature film, American Reject, serving as writer, producer and lead actress. American Reject, a true-ish musical comedy depicting Kathleen’s time on a hit reality singing competition, was released in April 2022. In addition to her feature work, Kathleen served as producer on the short documentary Hotel Al, which premiered worldwide on Tubi in October 2019, and the television pilot AVENUES. Most recently, Kathleen produced and co-directed her first short, Conversion Van, and is finishing an original screenplay inspired by the women of country music.
Executive Producer
Zack Weaver
Zack joined Full Armor after many years in the nonprofit and higher education sector. But, he always loved movies. In fact, he was probably the only person at his high school with subscriptions to Premiere and Entertainment Weekly. Now, he gets to combine his organizational and administrative skills with his (almost) encyclopedic knowledge of movie trivia to support Full Armor’s mission of collaborating with promising new artists, writers and directors on the creation of original, award-winning content.

Producer
Fernando MacFarlane
Fernando MacFarlane was born in Mexico City and raised throughout South America. His Latin roots shine through in his magical realist approach to filmmaking, painting modern struggles as fables. From his home base in New Orleans, he directs and produces with Full Armor Films, working with clients such as The New Orleans Film Office, The Louisiana Film Entertainment Association, IATSE, and musicians such as The Batiste Brothers Band and Trombone Shorty.
Fernando has a background in on-site documentary, and this journalistic spirit is reflected in his narrative work, predominantly shot in uncontrolled environments. Though specializing in indie cinema, he has worked on camera and production teams for studio projects such as RENFIELD, I’M A VIRGO, HAUNTED MANSION, and THE IRON CLAW. Fernando’s guerrilla filming style and practical industry experience bring an independent resilience and resourcefulness to the production side of the Full Armor team.
